Dear VCE Families,
Wow, what a great turn out for our Exhibition of Learning! The students did a great job sharing their learning with their families and friends. Thank you for celebrating the wonderful learning with us.
A shout out to our teachers and EAs for supporting our students and helping organize a great event!
Last week Ms. Brant & Mrs. Nunn’s class headed out on a Kindness Road Trip to give back to our Squamish community. It was great to see students giving back and contributing to a lot of smiles along the way! Thank you to everyone that helped make this a success!
On Wednesday night, the Reading Link Challenge Team consisting of Ella, Mia, Jocelyn, Anaya, Ayla and Leah made their way to the Eagle Eye Theatre to compete against 5 other schools from Squamish. They collaborated, dug deep into their memory banks and came out with 24 successful answers to place 4th overall in the contest. Their hard work and great team spirit earned them First Place in our hearts. Way to go Tigers. We’re proud of your commitment to reading!
I want to wish everyone a well-deserved Spring Break. Take this time to connect with family and friends, do something fun, and enjoy some relaxation. We look forward to all of the great learning planned when everyone returns.
Our school district will be updating the district webpage regularly for any updates regarding the COVID-19 virus and any other important news. Please use the link below to access the website. This will be the best spot to look as our VCE website will not be updated throughout the break.
